Customer Service Representative (CSR) – In Office Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekend shifts
Pay: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an in-office position where you will assist customers, resolve issues, and provide support across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, Provide accurate information and assist with customer inquiries, Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Document interactions and update customer records
Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Requirements
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working rotating weekend shifts
Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
Must be able to work onsite each day
