Customer Service Representative (CSR) – In Office Position 

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekend shifts 
Pay: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience) 
Location: In office role 


About the Position 

We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an in-office position where you will assist customers, resolve issues, and provide support across various communication channels.

Responsibilities 

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, Provide accurate information and assist with customer inquiries, Resolve issues promptly and professionally 

  • Document interactions and update customer records 

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed 

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards 


Requirements 

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required 

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

  • Comfortable working rotating weekend shifts 

  • Reliable, punctual, and team oriented 

  • Must be able to work onsite each day
