Veteran’s Choice Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for a dependable and professional CSR/Dispatcher & Admin.
We are seeking someone who is comfortable on the phone and confident using computers.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Assist customers with questions.
  • Enter and update customer information.
  • Coordinate with technicians.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with computers and basic software.
  • Good typing and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
